MEET CHEF BLAKE

Our Executive Chef and owner, Cleve Blake, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America 17 years ago in Neweille Cuisine and prior qualifications in Managerial Food and Beverage, and Food & Nutrition from Jamaica Culinary College.  An innovative Chef with over 21 years of expertise in all facets of cooking and food management of Four Star / Four Diamond Hotels and Resorts, and as a World-Class Caterer for private parties and functions. He has held an exceptional record of service and international experience at such noted establishments as the Sandals Dunn’s River Resort in Jamaica, Club Ambiance Hotel in Jamaica, The Jamaica Grand Hotel, the Jamaica Jamaica Hotel and the Diplomat Resort Hotel in Miami.

With Chef Cleve’s formal education, diverse experiences and skill sets, coupled with his innovative abilities in creating exquisite and delicious cuisine, and the professional services of the servers, bartenders and any other services will create the ‘unforgettable’ events for our clients.
